With work being quiet last year and this year I decided to make the most of my free time by studying again. I started a Certificate III in Applied Fashion Design and Technology at TAFE earlier this year. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been a student.

This was a skilled based assessment for TAFE. The brief was to choose and research a theme on WGSN, a fashion trend forecasting site. We were to create a logo and collage to show our ability to use layers & techniques to enhance & manipulate images. This was then to be put together into a presentation. An exercise to learn how to use Photoshop and Indesign essentially. Having a graphic design background with the prerequisite knowledge already to use the tools, I used this as a fun opportunity to push myself and do something different that is not  corporate reporting work for once.
